A leading provider of Investor Communications and technology driven solutions are looking for a Helpdesk Support Analyst (Windows, Active Directory, Microsoft Office, TCP/IP, Network) to work within their IT team in the city.

The successful Helpdesk Support Analyst (Windows, Active Directory, Microsoft Office, TCP/IP, Network) will be responsible for:

  • Delivering an efficient service to all end users
  • Performing all tasks within agreed SLA'a
  • Providing project support and assistance as and when requested by Project Teams
  • Providing administration support and assistance
  • Performing daily Infrastructure checks
  • Performing daily backup operations.

To be considered for the position of Helpdesk Support Analyst (Windows, Active Directory, Microsoft Office, TCP/IP, Network), applicants must have:

  • Windows 7 experience
  • Knowledge of Active Directory
  • Experience supporting desktop and laptop hardware
  • Printer troubleshooting and installation
  • Experience installing and configuring Blackberry and IOS devices
  • Working knowledge around TCP/IP Basics
  • Exposure to firewalls
  • Basic UNIX/Linux understanding
