Key Accountabilities

* Provide strong personnel management to a team of administrators in support of the recruitment administration process.
* Prioritise and allocate recruitment administration activities ensuring SLA's are consistently met.
* Manage and oversee the administering of recruitment data in a changing environment.
* Manage the provision of employee data to the payroll team to enable the creation of an employee record data in the HR database.
* Strong stakeholder management within the Resourcing and HRSS environment.

Skills, Qualifications & Experience

* Experience of managing a team and individuals is essential
* Experience of recruitment systems and processes is essential
* Experience of administering processes in a shared service environment would be desirable
