Our client has a requirement for a high quality contract thinkFolio support analyst, to work in their London office as part of a global team.

The client is a household name multinational institutional fund manager, with out-sourced middle office operations. The contract is for an extended period of 12 months, at an attractive rate.

The role will cover:

- 1st & 2nd line support for front office systems: Order Management, Portfolio Modelling, Performance, Risk & Compliance
- Monitoring of system processes
- Analysis of enhancement requests
- Testing and Implementation (of upgrades)
- Liaison with Data Providers, and Outsourced Service Providers

Experience of portfolio performance applications such as Statpro or Sylvan is important.

Database / query skills in SQL Server are critical. 

Experience of trade and data flow in an out-sourced middle office environment is beneficial.

A minimum of 1-2 years experience of thinkFolio is required, and Front Office IT / business application support experience of at least 3 -4 years total. If you are an exceptional candidate the client will also consider equivalent  experience in other OMS or Portfolio Modelling / Portfolio Analytic platforms.
