The Organisation
The organisation that the Green Recruitment Company is working with is a leading offshore consultancy looking to add a QA Project Engineer to work within their QHSE team.


The Role
The role of QA Project Engineer is to assure the reputation of the company through quality by ensuring that projects (including bids) operate in accordance with company systems whilst also providing supporting other areas of the business. Reporting to the QHSE Manager, the main responsibilities will include:

• Operate in support of the business from a customer perspective
• Develop & implement robust Project Audit & Improvement Programmes
• Produce and discharge Quality Plans for Projects (inc Bids)
• Deliver QA support and advice to Projects (inc Bids)
• Take part in Bid & Project reviews
• Manages the application/use of non-conformance process to closure
• Lead/support project improvement activity (i.e. against CNQ, Audit findings, Quality related performance issues)
• Report regularly on quality related project performance
• Take responsibility for the development/improvement of project related quality processes
• Assuring that all project documentation is controlled and authorised appropriately
• On site QA activity if required
• Assist in Client visit/technical presentations as required
• To be conversant with and implement the Company’s Health and Safety procedures
• Assure that projects are undertaking, reviewing and approving HS risk assessments
• Complying with Environmental Policy and Procedure
• Reporting environmental concerns and complaints

• Have excellent communication skills
• Be client facing and have the ability build relationships quickly
• Be able to fit into different teams to help deliver projects
• Willingness for self-development to aid and support the development of the QA function
