A well established travel organisation is currently seeking a Regional Manager to oversee its Peak District territory. You will be based within the Peak District National Park sales area and will be responsible for establishing relationships with holiday property owners and contracting suitable properties within your sales territory. This will involve inspecting and grading properties, conducting health and safety reviews and discussing pricing, market conditions, and performance with property owners. You will need to support and maintain regular contact with property owners to maximise the retention of holiday properties already contracted.

The successful candidate will have proven field sales and account management experience with a travel industry background. You will ideally have worked in a home-based role where it has been necessary to work independently and undertake necessary travel to meet the needs of the sales area. You will have strong commercial and negotiation skills and the ability to build and maintain strong working relationships. Previous experience of property Health and Safety would be beneficial - perhaps gained in travel industry contracting / overseas role. Experience of contracting / purchasing is essential.


ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Salary is £20,300 (35 hours per week) plus an excellent range of benefits including company car and fuel card, performance related bonus and travel concessions.
The role will be home-based with daily travel within the sales territory. The successful candidate will need to live in the Peak District sales territory and be comfortable with undertaking travel as and when required.
