SEN EBD Learning Support Assistant to start ASAP (Temp - perm)
Randstad Education currently require an EBD SEN Learning Support Assistant for a small inependent EBD School just outside Coventry near Nuneaton.
This role is 4 days per week and you will be required to work with EBD pupils in KS3. Supporting pupils you will be required to assist pupils in their learning and support the teacher in delivering learning objectives for the group.
You will be supporting with the delivering of Art for one day a week - so ideally you will have experience in this area from previous positions.
Small EBD school with a strong pastoral focus for each individual pupil. The school provides a highly tailored specialist approach and we are ideally looking for candidates that have experience of working with challenging pupils or have worked in challenging educational settings. You will work alongside the Teacher and will gain a lot of support in the role.
You will be working with KS3 EBD pupils on a one to one and group basis. You should have strong engagement skills and have the ability to engage pupils in their work.
