My client, a leading profitable and rapidly expanding nationwide Property & FM services company seeks an energetic Account Manager to help manage existing business in London.

The Account Manager will ideally have a background in property sales, FM sales and letting or recruitment - the prime role is to look after and grow existing accounts in London looking after all their needs.

Excellent training provided. Property or FM Managers should not apply unless they have significant sales experience.

The client is looking for an excellent, determined salesman who wants a good career.This is a prestigious position within this company and is likely to lead to very good opportunities for development within the organisation

The key skills and attributes for the position as Account Manager are as follows:

•Solid sales experience (Minimum of 2 years) in Account Management,Sales and Business Development in Property, FM or Security or Recruitment are absolutely essential.
•Good office administration skills
•This job will require good telephone skills so a background in telesales would be a distinct advantage.
•There will be occasional visits to clients in the London area.
•Clear articulate communicator - written and verbal, ideally educated to degree level but not essential.
•Energetic, well presented

Full UK driving licence required

Location: Must live within one hour's commute of Euston,London
