The key skills and experience required for this position as HR Assistant are as follows:

•Experience as a HR Assistant providing day-to-day HR support and advice.
•Experience in the full recruitment cycle setting up interviews, contracts of employment and managing the Induction process.
•Assist the HR Manager with the development and maintenance of human resource policies and procedures.
•Clear understanding of HR policy and process to drive best practice within the management team.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office essential.
•Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or a related field essential.
•CIPD or part qualified working towards qualification.
•Attention to detail and accuracy is essential.
•Analytical, confident and focused personality.
