This organisation is looking to recruit a Finance Assistant - Integral Accounts

What is the purpose of this role?

To provide support to the Integral Accounts function with specific focus on bank and control account reconciliations, and processing transactions as required.

What will this role involve?

* Processing of journals and transactions to support the business activities
* Cash Office processing and resulting bank reconciliations
* Analysis and investigation of control accounts with resulting reconciliations
* Analysis and investigation of VAT transactions
* Processing and reconciliation of inter company transactions
* Completion of National Statistics returns
* Control coding of centralised purchase invoices
* Control coding of invoices relating to the purchasing card process

What are we looking for?

* Good knowledge of SAP
* Competent in Microsoft Excel
* Accounts experience
* Ability to work as a member of a team
* Confidence in handling queries
* Attention to detail
