QTS Year 4 Teacher needed for January '14 to July '14
You will need to be a motivated, enthusiastic experienced teacher. You must be QTS, this post is not suitable for NQT. Good classroom management is essential. The role includes the full responsibilities of managing the class with regard to planning, marking and integration with the rest of the team. You will need to create a stimulating and well-organised environment in which all children develop academically, emotionally, physically and socially. You should create an atmosphere that encourages care and concern for others and their environment, whilst promoting self-confidence, self esteem and self control. You must be able to uphold high standards of discipline and show consistency in dealing with children?s behaviour, whilst understanding the needs of the individual and to be responsible for the discipline of all children in the school as needs arise and act according to the school?s Behaviour Policy.

This school in the Reading area has a diverse community of students from different backgrounds, abilities, ethnicity and religious beliefs. You will need to be supportive and aware of the different needs of the children and be able to teach to a high standard to encourage their learning.
We understand that very child is different so we carefully match our Teachers with the schools and children to which they work with best. Good behaviour management skills, a passion for teaching and a dynamic and flexible approach will be advantageous for this position.
