Working as part of a nationwide team, you will be assigned a cluster group of schools, in which you will be responsible for working with the native teachers who are responsible for the delivery of the English curriculum. You will be mentoring the teachers, supporting them with their resources, planning, preparation and delivery of lesson. To measure the pupils progress you will be expected to evaluate the teachers and make recommendations for improvement and devise an accurate recording method.

The Malaysian government have enlisted one of the most reputable names in ESL provision to support them with their ongoing initiative. The government are investing heavily into the economic future of their nation by recognising the importance of English language.

You will be working for one of the most reliable names in ESL provision, assigned a cluster of schools to work with their native teachers of English. You will be expected to observe and appraise their delivery and work in partnership to raise the standard of the delivery. As a mentor you will need to be resourceful, offering new and engaging ways to deliver English language. To monitor teacher and pupil progress, you will also be responsible for developing a recoding and assessing process.

This is a hugely rewarding role, where you will be able to immerse yourself in local culture and be embraced by the local people. You will need to be resourceful and self-motivated as often based in remote locations however will be well supported remotely. You must also be culturally sensitive and recognise the importance of respect and understanding.

To apply for the role you must hold a degree, CELTA or TEFL qualification and 2 years post qualification experience.
