Job Title - HR Manager
Role type - Permanent
Based in - Hertfordshire
Salary - £35-40,000

A brilliant new opportunity has become available for a leading charity, based in Hertfordshire. The role will be to provide HR generalist support to the Divisional Director, Business Managers and employees, ensuring HR Policies and Procedures are adhered to, and also contribute to and support the delivery of the HR and Divisional strategy.

Your main duties will cover;
*HR Guidance on all HR Issues including complex ER Casework
*Learning and Development
*HR Administration
*Recruitment and Selection
*HR Projects and other duties

General Requirements include;
* To attend staff meetings when appropriate and to be available for one to one sessions with the Divisional Director/Head of HR, as agreed.
* To attend appropriate training and development sessions as agreed with the Divisional Director/Head of HR.
* Maintain an up to date knowledge of employment legislation.
* To provide cover, where required, to the HR Managers in the two other Divisions.
* To maintain confidentiality at all times.
* To carry out any reasonable duties as requested by the Divisional Director/Head of HR.
* To be aware of and comply with safe working Practices as stipulated by the Health and Safety at Work Act.
* Where required, travel within, and from time to time, across Divisions.
* To uphold and promote equal opportunities in service delivery.

Successful Candidates will need to have the following;
* CIPD qualified (Membership level).
* Experience of working in an HR environment and have a strong working knowledge of UK employment law.
* Extensive employee relations experience, including managing multiple and complex caseloads and advising and coaching managers on policies and procedures.
