Facilities Co-ordinator urgently required for this corporate site based in Wolverhampton.

Experience of working in a Facilities Management essential, along with excellent communication and customer service skills.

You will manage the delivery of Total FM (cleaning, catering, security, reception, M&E, projects H&S) across this busy site.

Ideally you will have experience of managing Facilities staff and contractors, risk assessments, H&S, FM projects, moves, Contractor Management, permits to work, client meetings.

This is a busy role that requires a professional, customer focused Facilities individual that wants to manage a small site themselves as your Line Manager is based off-site.

IOSH/NEBOSH/MBIFM advantageous.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone to either step up into management or a small site Facilities position.
