Location: Central London

A leading and highly prestigious wealth management firm currently seeks an Application Support Analyst-(CRM, Fidessa, Omgeo) to join their rapidly expanding support team. My client has a broad range of top-of-the-range financial applications including CRM MS Dynamics, Sharepoint, Fidessa and Omgeo.

The role will offer a diverse opportunity which will see the successful Application Support Analyst-(CRM, Fidessa, Omgeo) working across the business supporting the product suite of front to back trade processing applications. My client predominantly trade within the Equity market but have recently branched into Derivatives.

The role will see the individual being responsible for promotion and expansion of the use of applications within the business, ensuring that the users are employing systems correctly and effectively. The Application Support Analyst-(CRM, Fidessa, Omgeo) will work to understand technical solutions and implications also work to perform a lead role in the resolution of major system outages, ensuring that communication to all business stakeholders is apparent.

In order to be considered for the role of the Application Support Analyst -(CRM, Fidessa, Omgeo, SQL, UNIX, FIX, Front Office, Back Office, End User, Wealth Manager, Financial Technology, Financial Services, London) the following is important:

  • A background working within a wealth management environment / end user space
  • Experience working with trade processing applications ideally Sharepoint, CRM, Fidessa Omgeo
  • Impeccable communication skills
  • Good attention to detail
  • Experience in testing and delivering new software
