This mobile company helps developers monetise their games and apps. They have 200+ million consumers, monetise thousands of mobile apps and work with some of the biggest names in mobile.

This is a graduate job. Salary: £18-28,000 depending on experience.

How you can expect to spend your day:

Our client is solving some incredibly interesting technology and business problems in the mobile space right now. To support their rapid growth they are building a computing platform providing a reliable service while enabling rapid product iterations.

The successful candidate will be part of the CTO team and will be working closely with the development, operations and product teams.

As a DevOps Engineer, you will progressively be given overall ownership of production and deployments and should have a solid understanding of the production lifecycle.

•Engineering and maintaining the platform that runs all of our client’s services.
•Building cloud automation and internal tools to support developers deploying, running and monitoring individual services.
•Automating our dev pipeline to make the 'commit to deploy' process a quick and painless one.
•Conducting root cause analysis on production issues with other engineers and developers.
•Participating in the 24-7 on-call rotation.
•Constantly improve our operational intelligence.

Tell us about your ideal candidate’s personality and qualifications:

•You have live production and Linux based systems administration including strong TCP/IP networking experience.
•Excellent command line skills on Linux/Unix.
•Good understanding of Java and MySQL databases.
•Passion for technology preferably within mobile client/server.
•Excellent communication skills and a hands-on, proactive, customer focused approached.
•Solid scripting and great oral and written communication skills.
•Ability to work independently and thrive in a start-up style environment.
•Degree in a technical discipline preferred but not essential.
