A fantastic opportunity has arisen within an NHS Foundation Trust association in the South East for an HR Advisor.

The successful candidate will work on a busy team in a wholly generalist role, with a focus on supporting and advising on complex employee relations casework.

Outline of key deliverables for the HR Advisor;

*To support and advise on a wide range of employee relation issues, including:
osickness absence management
oterms and conditions of employment
oany complex cases
*To contribute to the development of HR policies and procedures
*To provide HR support at any hearings and on any tribunal panels

The successful applicants for the role of HR Advisor will have;

*A degree or equivalent standard of education, or comparable experience
*Excellent interpersonal skills
*The ability to quickly gain and maintain credibility and rapport with managers and staff across the Trust
*The ability to manage and deliver key tasks when faced with conflicting priorities
*Sound use of Word, Excel, PowerPoint and reporting packages
