A fantastic opportunity has arisen within a charity Morgan Hunt is working with based in London for a Head of Resourcing, HR Administration and Data Systems.

Outline of key deliverables for the Head of Resourcing, HR Administration and Data Systems

*Overall responsibility for developing and implementing appropriate strategies, policies and actions to ensure that the organisation attracts, selects and employs talented, diverse and suitable people to join the workforce, as core staff or locums
*Acting as overall contract manager for the organisation's outsourced recruitment services, including the locum bank, maintaining an overview of the efficiency, quality and value for money of the services provided
*Overall responsibility for ensuring that the job evaluation scheme, existing pay system and pension schemes of the organisation are co-ordinated and administered consistently and efficiently, in conjunction with HR Team colleagues and the Payroll Team. To contribute to developing new approaches to reward and remuneration as required
*Overall responsibility for ensuring that the organisation's HR administration service is delivered smoothly and efficiently, including identifying and implementing ways to streamline and improve processes where appropriate
*Overall responsibility for ensuring that the organisation's workforce data is maintained and analysed to meet business need

The successful applicants for the role of Head of Resourcing, HR Administration & Data Systems will have;

*Knowledge of innovative and successful recruitment Practices
*Ability to manage, motivate and develop a team to perform of their best
*Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
*Project management and organisation skills, proven ability to manage and implement projects with multiple project streams
*Good negotiation and influencing skills, able to consult with and persuade others to own point of view
*Experience of managing and improving complex administration systems, preferably in a Human Resources setting
*Ability to manage budgets and supplier contracts
*Good knowledge of Microsoft office packages including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
