Fantastic opportunity to work in a great environment. You will be part of the support team picking up on 1st/ 2nd line queries sent through from the business. You will support on issues such as hardware support (laptops, printers etc), basic application support, office exchange, using Active Directory to administer accounts (changes, deleting accounts, new accounts). This is a wondows 2007 environment.
Excellent customer service skills are essential as this role entail both phone and desk side support to over 400 users.

PLEASE NOTE: Clean drivers licence is essential as you will occasionally travel to support other sites.
