A global international Technology and Electronics company, based in prestigious central London offices, is looking for an experienced Business and Process Improvement Analyst with strong ERP improvement (ideally Oracle Financials) and accounting reconciliations experience to work as part of its expansive Shared Service centre (SSC) project.

As part of the SSC implementation project, our client has identified the requirement for a Business and Process Improvement Analyst to work on assessing and improving its Oracle Financials systems, especially concerning accounting reconciliations, ensuring that all leasing accounting reconciliations are accurately completed, as well as identifying and implementing system improvements on Oracle Financials to ensure effective ongoing accounting reconciliations. A strong knowledge of reconciliation accounting and ERP processes (ideally of Oracle Financials) will be essential to success in this role; leasing accounting and leasing reconciliations experience would also be highly desired.

Our client is looking for a highly numerate Business and Process Analyst, ideally someone with knowledge of Oracle Financials, however experience of another major ERP system will also be considered. Experience of process improvement using Six Sigma or Prince 2 methodologies would be advantageous and any additional ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualification will be beneficial.

This role will suit a detail-orientated, inquisitive and pro-active Business and Process Analyst who will actively challenge the current leasing reconciliations processes to ensure the ongoing accuracy accounting reconciliations. Strong communication skills and ambition will also play a major part of this role, as you will be liaising with stakeholders across Europe, as well as play an instrumental part in the ongoing SSC development and Reconciliations excellence programme.
