Further information

Randstad Education is the market leader in consultancies for the education industry in the UK, and here at the Cambridge branch we provide jobs across Cambridge, Peterborough, Norfolk and Suffolk.

The Job
We are looking to recruit experienced Teachers who are looking for some diversity in their day to day teaching experiences! Supply Teachers are called upon to assist with both advance and last minute cover, in Schools where assistance is needed. Their are no requirements for marking or planning work , as the cover work will be prepared prior to the lessons.
Successful supply teachers will need to be dynamic, flexible and possess excellent classroom management skills.

The School
Schools that these supply teachers work in will be based in Secondary and Middle Schools, across Cambridge, Peterborough, Norfolk and Suffolk. So you will always be able to go to Schools that are in your preferred radius.

The Child
The students that you will be responsible for will be predominantly Key stage 3 and 4, studying towards their GCSEs. However, if you are able to teach Key stage levels 2 and 5, this would be beneficial, though not essential.
The nature of the work is such that you will be amongst different students each day, so they ability to adapt your teaching styles, will be necessary for this role.
