The school, the child?
We are currently working with a larger than average primary school, with approximately 54% FSM. The children are lovely and their behaviour is good. The school use their pupil premium to keep class sizes low and also have a high ratio of teaching assistants in the school. There is also provision for 1:1 teaching for children to provide extra support and to help them to make progress.
We understand that every school and child is different so we carefully match our teachers with the schools and children to which they work with best.
We are looking for a Teacher to work with a Year 3/4 class. You must have:
* Previous experience of working as a Teacher
* Excellent classroom management skills
* Clear expectations
* The ability to differentiate effectively in order to make advanced progress
* Patience and the ability to engage with children
The school are looking for candidates with sparkle who they feel can inspire their children. The person must also understand their overall sense of urgency for improvement. They are looking for someone with clear expectations, good classroom management, who is passionate and enthusiastic about achievement and progress.
