A highly acclaimed Private Wealth Management organisation is looking for a Support Analyst to join their Application Support team and assist in the support of their suite of key business systems to promote and expand the use of applications within the business. You will work predominantly in a back office environment with some front office work required as well, working with MS Dynamics, Sharepoint, Omgeo, Fidessa and Tradeweb.

As a Support Analyst you will work in an open plan environment working with users across multiple business units, dealing with a variety of support issues. You will be supported by an outsourced IT provider who deals with all infrastructure services, which will allow the successful Support Analyst to focus on business demands. You will be responsible for the resolution of major system outages and managing stakeholders. You will ensure the availability of applications for business users and ensure that developments are properly tested prior to delivery. The role requires minimal out of hours work with a couple of Saturday shifts a year the norm.

To be considered for the role of Support Analyst (Back Office, CRM, Sharepoint, Omgeo, Fidessa, Tradeweb, Wealth Management) the following skills and experience are required:

  • Experience as an Application Support Analyst, working in Financial Services, ideally Wealth Management, Private Client or Asset Management
  • Experience working with front and back office technology
  • Knowledge of MS Dynamics or similar CRM
  • Experience with at least one of Omgeo, Fidessa or Tradeweb
  • Experience in testing and delivering new software beneficial
