A Wimbledon-based Infrastructure Service Provider to the FinTech space is looking for a permanent Desktop Support Expert. This Desktop Support (client facing, 1st/2nd Line, LAN, WAN, Windows, Windows Server, CRM, trading system, staff training) role will involve troubleshooting trading platforms and providing 1st and 2nd line technical support to employees based around the world

As a Desktop Support (client facing, 1st/2nd Line, LAN, WAN, Windows, Windows Server, CRM, trading system, staff training) you will be working alongside clients supporting technical trading as well as networking infrastructure and other hardware. You will be working predominantly with Windows systems and Servers and will be one of the first ports of call with regards to the purchasing of software and hardware, working in a small team answering to one IT Manager and be expected to cover when the manager is away.
