In this role you will be resolving issues that come through via a ticketing system. You will take ownership of issues, providing excellent customer service updating internal customers, explaining problems and giving timescale estimates for when the problem will be resolved.
You will be working with Active Directory to complete tasks around group permissions, passwords and general account administration etc. You will largely be providing desktop support in a windows environment (XP and Win7) with occasional support around servers. You will help users with mobile devices such as BlackBerry and iPad, including setting-up and troubleshooting.
Experience of Server 2008 support is desirable as this is a Server2008 environment, MacAfee is also desirable.
You will be working in a FCA regulated environment.

Your experience should include:
• Windows Desktop (XP and Win7)
• Server 2008
• ITIL standards

Desirable Experience:
• AD / Active Directory
• VM Ware
• AntiVirus (McAfee)
• MCSE qualification is desirable
