This is a full-time graduate job opportunity. Salary: £20-25k depending on experience.

Key responsibilities of the role:

The successful candidate will work with the sales team on developing advertising proposals that deliver superior results for their clients. You will work closely with sales, product marketing, business development, and operations in enhancing and refining sales products, sales offerings and sales materials.

•You’ll be help to manage the Insertion Order workflow, from creation to client and internal approvals, coordinating regularly with the accounting team to consolidate IOs with client billing spread sheets.
•You’ll collaborate with the Ad Sales team to create and refine media plans and ad proposal decks – using creative thinking to help meet campaign objectives.
•You’ll organise and maintain sales collateral and training documentation for the sales team
•Liaise between Sales Directors and the creative team to develop mock-ups and other creative requests.
•Research past campaign performance using internal tools to provide insights on new campaign proposals.
•Identify and communicate best practices to ensure advertisers realise the full potential from their relationship with the company.
•Proactively identify needs and opportunities for additional company advertising products and services.
•This is a hands-on position that entails multi-tasking, communicating with multiple teams, and providing sales support to continuously meet the needs of their advertisers and the sales team.

Key candidate requirements:

•The candidate must have excellent interpersonal, oral (presentation) and written communication skills.
•They should possess strong analytical and proactive problem-solving skills, with an understanding of online performance metrics.
•Someone interested in learning about the mobile advertising industry and technologies.
•Must be team-oriented and collaborative.
•A self-starter that strives to drive deliverables to outstanding execution.
•Proficient in Microsoft office suite with advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint. Experience in Salesforce would be a plus.
•Any previous experience with online sales planning or project management skills would be advantageous.
•The ability to prioritise and focus while maintaining strict attention to detail is essential.
•The candidate should be comfortable working in an entrepreneurial environment and thrive in taking initiative.
•This person must be a self-starter, resourceful and solutions oriented.
•Must be comfortable with changing environments and able to handle multiple tasks under the pressures of time constraints.
•Excellent work ethic and leadership skills are desirable.
•Love of mobile, games, content, and start-ups would be a HUGE bonus!
