2nd Line Support Technical Specialist (Networking) – 6 months FTC – Surrey – circa £27k pro rata`d

Our client based in Surrey is currently seeking a 2nd Line Support Technical Specialist with strong networking experience to primarily be based from their offices in Guildford but to attend other sites across Surrey for this 6 month fixed term contract.

Key responsibilities for the 2nd Line Support Technical Specialist:

• To provide vital technical support for complex technical issues
• To identify root cause of reoccurring problems through monitoring incidents and trends.
• To improve service management by ensuring that all SLAs are met to a high standard.

Key skills & experience for the 2nd Line Support Technical Specialist:

• CISCO qualified.
• Knowledge of core networking infrastructures and operating systems including switches, routers, voice call managers and other voice facilities such as recording, voicemail, hunt groups, transfer and call routing
• Experience of LAN/WAN Technologies
• Must have full drivers licence with access to a vehicle and be willing to use it for work purposes.
