We are currently recruiting for outstanding SEN Teachers with recent experience of teaching Primary KS1 & KS2 children with Special Educational Needs for long term positions, immediate start, in a special school based in the heart of the London borough of Lambeth.

The job?

The ideal candidate must meet the following criteria:
? Qualified Teachers Status
? Relevant up to date experience in UK schools
? Ability to teach across the SEN spectrum, KS1 & KS2
? Strong behaviour management skills
? Ability to plan creative and engaging lessons
? Recent Primary SEN teaching experience is essential
? Only applications from Qualified Teachers will be accepted

The school?
? The school is well led and managed. It specialises in supporting learners who have speech and language difficulties, autistic spectrum disorder and moderate or severe learning difficulties.
? They apply a holistic approach to learning, and work closely with speech therapists, the school doctor and nurse, as well as outside agencies to enable all children and young people with special educational needs to access the curriculum.

The child?.
? Pupils make good progress and achieve well across a wide range of subjects.
? Their behaviour is outstanding. They enjoy school and support each other very well.
? The ideal candidate will have experience of teaching SEN students in a mainstream environment and a passion for supporting and encouraging students through a whole child approach.
