Reporting to the Headteacher, you will be a member of the Senior Management team.
This permanent role is working in a large two form primary school in Greater Manchester. In their recent Ofsted they were graded Satisfactory and are now aiming for Outstanding . They are looking for a dynamic Assistant Head who can actively contribute to their success.
The school invests heavily in its staff, with a strong CPD ethos. The governing body are supportive and involved in all aspects of school life. The school works hard on its relationships with staff and children as well as school and home. Parents are positive about the school and comment on how happy and settled the children are.
The children are well behaved with above average attendance. They come from a mixed catchment with a small but increasing number of EAL children. The children are enthusiastic about their learning and enjoy a varied reward policy, including individual, class and house awards. The school celebrates achievements with whole school assemblies.
