We are currently looking for a passionate and dynamic Learning Support Assistant / Teaching Assistant to work with pupils with behavioural and learning difficulties who have been excluded from mainstream education.
The students are based within different alternative provisions which will require the successful candidate to travel using their own transport (expenses will be paid)
This position is very hands on, and will require the candidate to provide pupils with additional curriculum support, engaging them in whole class and individual activities as well as ensure their individual needs are met.
The position is to start from Monday 20th January and interviews will be held Weds and Thurs 14th and 15th Jan.
- Up to date experience in an educational setting
- Experience working with a variety of special needs or behavioural issues
- The ability to work on own initiative as well as part of a team
