Fantastic Opportunity with a company in the energy business. Here you will be working as part of a team of agents who coordinate meter-reading engineers. You wil use your people skills to gently chase engineers on the progress of the meter readings and gather information from them to update the system.
Majority of calls will be out-bound, however you will occasionally take in-bound calls if an engineer needs assistance.
