Finance Change Management opportunity within Technology
A global Technology and Electronics company in London is looking for an experienced Finance Change Management and ERP Process Improvement specialist to work as part of its expansive Shared Service centre (SSC) project. This role is pivotal in the development of the SSC and will see you work extensively with senior stakeholders across the entire European region.
This role will suit a highly numerate Finance Change Management and Process Improvement specialist, ideally someone with:
" Strong Accounting process knowledge - you will have started your career within Finance/Accountancy
" Knowledge of Oracle Financials, however experience of another major ERP (e.g. SAP) system will also be considered.
" Strong Business Analysis skills and experience of finance process improvement - exposure to Six Sigma or Prince 2 methodologies is beneficial
" An ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualification (or part qualification) will be advantageous
" A detailed, forensic and inquisitive approach to process improvement, including the ability to easily identify reconciliations and other anomalies in a set of accounts
" Experience of working within a multinational environment - this role includes extensive pan-European stakeholder exposure so you must have exposure to working with stakeholders outside of the UK
" Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
