Partner Remuneration Manager

The position for a Partner Remuneration manager has come about within this highly revered firm in their London based office.
You will be responsible for the computing and authorisation of all payments to partners and the management of insurance arrangements as well as other private ledger items, and secondment arrangements, including allowance and tax equalisation calculations for partners.
You will be responsible for the testing and development of the online "special distribution calculator" the online tool that demonstrates partners profit share whilst communicating calculations to retired partners.
The updating of annual annuity calculations for retired partners and reconciling annuity units against the register from other departments. Sending relevant tax form to HMRC and issuing R185 tax forms to retired partners.
Calculating retail price index, communicating with banks in regards to any amendments to direct debit payments whilst posting monthly journals to the accounting systems.
Also carrying out monthly drawings and quarterly profit payments, preparing and reconciling TT payments for equity and non-equity partners whilst updating the Bac file in preparation for the overseas colleagues.
Liaising with numerous major banks in the allocation of various funds and ensuring all equity partners have contributed the correct capital.You will report to the director of finance and ensure all movements are captured accurately and completed in a timely fashion. Also quarterly reconciling to the relevant banks totals whilst adjusting accounting to reflect the movements.
You will be a part or fully qualified accountant (AAT, ACCA, CIMA) and ideally degree level educated.You will also have working knowledge of MS Excel and thrive off meeting tight deadlines successfully.
