Science Teacher required in Bromley, South London, to start full time work after February half term 2014 until the end of academic year to cover maternity leave.

A Science specialist able to work as part of a vibrant science department. Science is studied by all pupils within Key Stage 3 (Year 7-9) and is based on the guidelines outlined within the National Curriculum. You need to be able to use of different teaching styles and planned lessons are stimulating ensuring the engagement of the students at all times, as well as, develop a range of appropriate teaching strategies including those needed for effective differentiation.
Recent (e.g. in the last 3 years) experience of teaching science in a UK secondary school
A clear enhanced DBS/CRB certificate
Good references from last 2 employers/ contact details for their referees willing to provide good references
Right to work in the UK
All applicants must have completed a PGCE Secondary qualification or Bachelor of Education providing Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
NQTs will be supported in their induction.
