Exciting opportunity with a software company who build bespoke systems for the automation industry. In this role you will be responsible for mentoring one Junior DBA, you will need to delegate work to him and line manage his daily activities.
You will be accountable for working on a lot of new projects and the company frequently has new clients coming on board. You will get involved in clustering, mirroring, availability and generally monitoring the whole SQL Database.
You will be using SSIS for data integrations and ETL tools as well as some basic SSRS for reporting.

Your experience must include
• SQL Server 2005-2008
• SQL Server DBA
• Clustering, mirroring
• Availability and monitoring
• SSIS is essential
• SSRS is desirable
