SEN Maths Teacher required with immediate start.

We are currently seeking a Secondary Teacher who has experience in working with pupils that have Emotional, Social and Behavioural Difficulties. We are currently recruiting on behalf of a school based in the Yardley area that supports children with EBD. This School work on developing students' self esteem, confidence and independence. All students are expected to follow the National Curriculum, in a differentiated form appropriate to their age and ability. Their approach is based on success, approval, motivation and reward. They place great importance on developing social skills, emotional security and encourage a degree of independence.

The role will specifically be focusing on boosting GCSE Maths grades so will be mostly focused on KS4.

The successful applicant should ideally have experience of:
- Working with students that have Emotional, Behavioural and Social difficulties in a mainstream setting or specialist provision
- National curriculum delivery for secondary aged students
- Producing engaging and motivating lessons
- Strong Maths knowledge
- Ability to build positive relationships with both pupils and staff
