We have a variety of projects looking for different talents, which will allow volunteers to expand their experience and portfolio, whilst exploring a new country and culture, with the aim of improving the lives of disadvantaged people.
Some of the projects you can get involved in are:
Work on a tourism project in La Paz, Bolivia
Intern at a fair trade NGO in the Amazon rainforest, Ecuador
Help promote a jewellery making company in Peru
Journalism interns for newspapers in Ghana or Nepal
Photography project at a monkey sanctuary in South Africa
Photography and conservation in South Africa
Photography expedition to promote anti-human trafficking in Thailand
With such a variety, volunteers can find somewhere they can use their talents to make a difference. Projects are mostly flexible, therefore you can choose how you contribute by discussing your ideas with a project advisor.
There are no specific qualifications required, however experience or study background in media, communications, photography, arts or other relevant subjects are preferred. Project fees include; accommodation, airport pick-ups, food, orientation and 24h support.
