Our client, an Academy based in the Clacton area, are looking for a qualified Science teacher. The successful candidate will be joining a committed team of specialist staff and must be able to deliver to all ages and abilities. You will teach across KS3, KS4 and KS5. Genuine enthusiasm and passion for all the National Curriculum subject areas in Science are essential, as is having the interpersonal skills needed to effectively communicate with staff and students.
The Academy, based in the Clacton area are an independent school. Their independent status gives them the flexibility to be innovative and creative in their approaches to organisation, curriculum and teaching.
The Academy is a large school with students aged between 11-19, the sixth form is popular with students from wide areas of north Essex.
The Academy has a wide catchment area, encompassing pupils from a variety of backgrounds and with varying levels of difficulties and ability. The successful candidate will have a thorough understanding of differentiation within the classroom, and also an emphasis on behaviour management and inclusive learning.
