We are looking to recruit a successful Teacher to take up a permanent post in a year 3 class at a thriving and dynamic primary school in the Reading area. The ideal year 3 teacher will have experience in KS2 and have excellent behavioural management skills. This position is to start immediately. In order to be considered for this role, you must hold QTS, must have completed your NQT year and must be willing to take on the teacher role in terms of planning, assessments, involvement in staff meetings etc.

The Job:

We are looking for a Year 3 Teachers with Qualified Teacher Status who can:

Treat the role as if it is permanent role, injecting a sense of purpose into the classroom and helping the school and pupils to the best of your ability.

Develop professional relationships with pupils and staff.

Ensure effective classroom management in line with schools behaviour policy.
