Location: London, City

One of the industry's leading providers of low latency connectivity and trading solutions for both buy and sell side institutions currently seeks an established Technical Account Manager - (TAM, Support, Sales) to join their London team ASAP. Due to new business wins and some exciting new clients, the role has been created to bring on a new member to the team.

The successful Technical Account Manager - (TAM, Support, Sales) will act as the first point of contact for "Enterprise" clients that have my client's software on their own infrastructure and the TAM will also act as level 2 support for all existing clients. The Technical Account Manager - (TAM, Support, Sales) be expected to understand the needs of all clients in terms of functional and technical requests made and to make sure all resolutions are properly fulfilled or addresses. The whole aspect and main focus of the role is client satisfaction which is a key thing for my client to uphold as a brand.

The main duties of the Technical Account Manager - (TAM, Support, Sales) will include:

  • Acting as the primary point of contact for all Enterprise clients
  • Ensuring technical support is given regardless of the Client's service level
  • Collecting client requests and tracking them via an proven internal ticketing system
  • Updating clients on a regular basis regarding existing portfolio or new product features. solutions

Within 6 to 12 months, it is expected that the successful Technical Account Manager -(TAM, Support, Sales) will take charge of a small team of 4 Tams and will manage a range of client sunder their own portfolio.

In order to be considered for the role of the Technical Account Manager - (TAM, Support, Sales, Low Latency, Connectivity, Trading, Java, Financial Services, London) the following is important:

  • Graduate in Computer Science
  • A minimum of 3 to 5 years in an IT position, development will be a "plus"
  • Excellent personal organization
  • Excellent communication skills: candidate must have a legible and synthetic speech and able to communicate at all levels
  • Previous experience as a technical account manager and as a team leader
  • Strong personal achievements
  • Team player
  • Fluent English required, a second language would be a valuable asset
  • Customer Service minded
