Harrington Starr is currently working with one of the leading providers of financial software for both the buy and sell side of finance. Our client specialises in Low Latency trading technology and are looking to build out their London office with this exciting new hire of Technical Account Manager.

Our client is looking to bring on a Technical Account Manager that will take responsibility of a verity of accounts. This position involves taking management of all aspect of the account and will have the potential to develop into a team role in the future. The day to day responsibilities will include the following:

  • Building platforms, based on information gathered from the Client services manager, using off the shelf products developed by our client, it is the job of the Technical Account Manager to create an effective package for the client
  • Once the package and components have been agreed upon the Technical Account Manager must make sure that the package is seamlessly implemented on to client site
  • Once the product has been successfully implemented, the Technical Account Manger will undertake the level 2 support of the account
  • The (TAM) must the ensure that regular updates and checkpoint for all his or her accounts

  • Experience of working with and supporting Java based applications
  • A understanding of working within a UNIX environment
