Further information

The School
The school has so much to offer all its students but academic achievement is it's primary focus. The excellent staff match what goes on in lessons to what the students needs are to learn. The school and staff work tirelessly to get things right for each and every child. The school does not rest on its laurels and it is continually looking at each and every part of the school to make it even better for all students.

The Child
Students are taught in three groups; they are often called populations.
Population A is for pupils who have a particular need and require their teachers and support workers to have special training.
Populations B and C are identical. There are usually five classes for each of these populations, which allow each Head of Faculty to put pupils in mixed ability groups or put them in ability based sets.

The Job
Mathematics Teacher to cover a Maternity leave starting in April.
Pupils are taught in sets throughout both Key Stage Three and Four.
All applicants must have completed a PGCE Secondary qualification or Bachelor of Education providing Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
NQTs will be supported in their induction.

Salary range: £475-£700 per week (pre 12 week agency worker regulations, dependent on references and experience)
