Our client is a fun and lively social ads start-up based in Covent Garden. This company helps direct response customers improve their ad campaigns on Facebook. Their proprietary social ads platform helps sophisticated performance advertisers better build, manage, and optimise their Facebook advertising campaigns at scale. They are one of fourteen Global Strategic Preferred Marketing Developers, the highest distinction of excellence Facebook has ever offered to their marketing partners, and their customers include King, Spotify, Topshop and Mercedes Benz. They have tripled their headcount in the last year and they expect to grow even faster over the next 12 months!
This is a full-time job opportunity. Salary: £25,000.
Key responsibilities of the role:

Our client is looking for someone who is passionate about UX and Design, but is also proficient in CSS and SASS and can confidently theme an ExtJS 4 application. Day-to-day activities will include the following:
•Work with the business/ops teams who use the application to find UX pain points and imagine new features.
•Create paper prototypes and wireframes to quickly iterate with the business teams to get to an elegant solution.
•Create beautiful visual designs in Photoshop and present them to the business
•Work with the developers to build out html views of the designs in ExtJS 4 Write SASS/CSS to style those designs.
•Work with the src control system to check those designs in and hand them over to the developer teams to implement.

Key candidate requirements for the role:

•The ideal candidate will have excellent UX and Visual Design.
•Be proficient in HTML, CSS and SASS.
•Other useful skills include: JavaScript (in particular ExtJS 4) and Python.
