Graduate Induction Programme

GIP, the graduate induction program is our first stage of the talent pipeline of The Nielsen Company and we know we have brought in the best and brightest in with us to energize and empower Nielsen with fresh perspectives and new ideas, never underestimate the value you can potentially bring to your team and to Nielsen.

The Role

Phase 1: Centralized Training

Purpose of this phase is to give graduates basic information to understand the organisation and equip them with basic working skills in Nielsen

Phase 2: On-Job Practice/ Technical Training

Purpose of this phase is to equip graduates with the necessary technical skills they need

to perform their daily job and give them a chance to practice what the y learned in actual projects.

Phase 3: Graduation Assessment

Purpose of this phase is to ensure that all previous investments to the graduates have resulted in satisfying skills improvements and build a milestone in their career in Nielsen that they have become a qualified employee in the team.
