A leading data provider to the financial market is looking for a Technical Support Engineer (Application Support, Administration, Windows 2008, MSSQL, Citrix Infrastructure) to join their growing team.

The successful applicant will be responsible for supporting my clients data-processing product and liaising with clients to take requirements and assist with functionality. You will work closely with the development team documenting and testing where necessary and also lead the way as the support team grows and takes on more responsibility.

To be considered for the position of Technical Support Engineer (Application Support, Administration, Windows 2008, MSSQL, Citrix Infrastructure) candidates must have:

  • Working experience of Windows 2008 and Citrix infrastructure
  • Proficient with MSSQL
  • Excellent documentation skills
  • Excellent communication skills and client facing ability
  • Financial experience
  • Relevant degree of 2:1 or above
