This is a graduate job for a German-speaker. Salary: £18,000.
How you can expect to spend your day:
•Collecting payments based on aging reports by contacting customers on daily basis.
•Assisting with posting account receivable invoices.
•Inputting of supplier invoices accurately.
•Assisting with payment runs (2 x monthly).
•Cash payment and receipt monitoring.
•Dealing with both supplier and customer queries.
•Analysis and reconciliation of accounts.
•Assisting with the production of monthly reports and management information.
•Ad Hoc requirements as needed in finance.
The ideal intern’s personality and qualifications:
•Graduated in economics, finance, maths or business.
•Relevant work experience beneficial.
•Fluent German with excellent written and oral communication skills (any other languages a plus).
•You are a quick learner, motivated and enthusiastic.
•A team player.
•Excellent knowledge of Excel (formulas and vlookups) and Word.
•Proven organisation skills.
