A global international Technology and Electronics company is looking for an experienced Finance Change Management and Process Improvement specialist with strong ERP (ideally Oracle Financials) implementation and improvement experience to work as part of its expansive Shared Service Centre (SSC) project.
Duties will include:
*Working the centralised SSC accounting teams, as well as the legacy country finance teams , to understand their current and previous accounting and ERP processes relating to leasing accounting
*Assessing and analysing the Oracle Financials systems, especially relating to all leasing accounting reconciliations
*Working with a Development team to implement Oracle to ensure effective ongoing accounting reconciliations
*Working to develop strong SSC accounting processes
The ideal candidate will:
*Be an experienced and qualified (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) Accountant who has moved into Business Analysis, Consultancy or Systems Accounting
*Be knowledgable in the principles of Leasing Accounting
*Have experience of Oracle Financials (however experience of another major ERP system will also be considered)
*Have proven experience of undertaking a major Accountancy ERP system implementation or process improvement project
*Worked on projects according to Six Sigma or Prince 2
* Have a detail-orientated, inquisitive and forensic approach to problem solving, as well as strong communication skills
