As the online marketing manager duties will include:
•To develop and deliver an innovative multichannel marketing strategy designed to inspire.
•Drive new customer acquisition through targeted marketing activity.
•Shape and drive brand awareness in the UK and internationally.
•Work closely with the retail team to devise a calendar of local activity to drive footfall and conversion.
•Management and co-ordination of brand campaign shoots.
•Championing research in devising and delivering a qualitative and quantitative strategy.
•Managing agencies to delivery against strategic goals.
•Review, develop and manage all in-store brand communication.
•Budget planning and management [preparing budgets to present to Senior Managers
•Originating and managing the implementation of the marketing strategy, ensuring the annual marketing plan is followed, in order to achieve the sales forecast.
•Ensuring there is consistency within the brand message to the customers across all channels.
•Co-ordinating the annual marketing calendar.
•This role will be required to maximise conversion, basket value and profitability through effective web shop management and customer acquisition.
•Taking a leading role in the analyse and performance of the site you will influence product selection, optimise trading and merchandising and ensure the sites creative reflects the brand guidelines of the business
•This role will also play a strategic role in developing the SEM and SEO strategy as well as continuously reviewing the PPC performance.
•Proven experience in e-marketing and emerging technologies is essential.
