Our client focuses on lean software development applying cutting-edge technologies in a unique and innovative way. Lean development not only saves their clients’ money and time, it also allows them to focus on the functionality of the product and put users at the centre of their design.
This position is an initial 3-month placement with a view to a full-time graduate job. Salary: £16-22k pro rata depending on experience.
How can you expect to spend your day?

The successful candidate will use and learn about development of cutting-edge technology every day. You will gain practical experience using various web programming languages including HTML, CSS, Javascript and Python. This internship will give you a chance to develop a deep understanding of tech start-up scene.

The ideal intern’s personality and qualifications:

Given our client’s focus on innovation and the pace of work, they are looking for an open-minded, flexible individual who’s adaptable to change and has a professional attitude to work. The ideal candidate will have some knowledge of web programming languages such as Python, Javascript or Go as well as a good understanding of HTML and CSS. Understanding of Git and frameworks such as Django, Express.js, Twitter Bootstrap, Zurb Foundation and Backbone.js would be very beneficial.
