This is a graduate job. Salary: £18,000 (£38,000 OTE).
Key responsibilities of the role:
•The job will focus on daily and weekly online news services, but will also include copy sales for the well-respected industry directory the hiring company publish.
•All the company’s products and services are in the exciting growth sector of wealth management.
•This person will take responsibility for selling subscriptions to the different wealth management products available with both new and existing clients.
•As a reliable and trustworthy source of finance industry news this is a relatively easy sell.
•The role will largely involve emailing and telephoning existing subscribers to see if they wish to renew their subscription, and canvassing companies for new subscriptions and copy sales.
•Reporting directly to the business development manager, this individual should work closely with both the editorial team and external resources servicing the company.
Day-to-day activities will include:
•Renewing and generating new subscriptions to the three main publications, products and services.
•Understanding processes for renewal and generating new business as quickly as possible.
•Achieve and exceed monthly and annual subscriptions targets.
•To establish and gain knowledge of the wealth management industry quickly
•Get to know and build meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure retention and increased revenues.

•Able to take responsibility and show accountability.
•You are commercially aware.
