A leading city based broker are seeking a Straight Through Process (STP) Support / On-Boarding analyst to join their growing Client Services team. This is a diverse role supporting the bespoke STP and holding responsibility for the professional introduction of the STP solutions to new clients.

The main duties and responsibilities for the STP Support / On-Boarding analyst, will include the following:

  • First and second line support for STP issues. Hands-on problem management and ownership of client-facing trade issues
  • Incident and problem logging and tracking of trade and technical issues
  • Relationship Management, maintain a good working relationship with clients
  • Responsible for managing the complete external customer STP on-boarding process
  • Coordinate customer and internal STP upgrades, cutovers and new releases.
  • Support and testing of all new software releases before roll out.
  • Occasional weekend testing.

To be considered for the role of - STP Support, STP On-Boarding, Trade Processing, Client Services, Microsoft, Broker, Financial Technology - you will need skills and experience in the following:

  • Strong desire to learn about brokered products and trading systems
  • Experience of straight through processing (STP) solutions and operational change management
  • Broad understanding of IT processes and applications; experienced user of Microsoft products
  • Good level of numeracy
  • Ability to learn quickly, work well as a part of a team as well as having good initiative when working alone
  • Strong interpersonal skills; articulate with a very good telephone manner.
  • Ability to work under pressure and remain poised within an intense environment
  • Strong commitment and flexible approach to work; some shift work may be required
